Introduction to the Worldwork model
We will update our toolbox for the facilitation of change processes on an inner, a relationship and a group level. Understanding the interconnectedness of these system levels, we learn to follow the process organically.
Facilitation of an individual’s inner diversity, including inner dynamics of rank. How to work with inner states, self-criticism, personal and collective value systems, thinking and communication styles and edges of our awareness. We will explore our personal vision and essential direction in life, leadership and leadership styles as well as access inner resources of personal power.
