Seminar for individuals and couples as well as for leaders and facilitators of team and group processes

In this seminar we focus on relationship in the here and now and explore our communication styles and behaviors. Who says what to whom and how? Ho we communicate, search for community or avoid it, points to some early patterns learnt in early childhood. Our relationship conflicts today are habitual patterns yet also motors of change. In experiencing and observing our interactions and encounters with the other lie potentials for transformations and growth.

Under the thin layers of rational discourse communicate some more unconscious tendencies, dreams, longings, fears and vulnerabilities. Needs for secure bonding, intimacy and sexuality, autonomy and distance coin this mutual relational resonant space.

Goal of this seminar is learning and applying of metaskills, feeling attitudes, methods and practical tools to improve to relationship to ourselves, to others and to our teams and groups.

• recognizing destructive relational dynamics and transforming them
• respond creatively to reproaches and criticisms
• dealing with differences of rank and privileges and multiple roles
• non-verbal communication and body language as potentials to deepen our relationships
• diversity of forms of relationship, identities and sexualities
